Brief introduction
Composite conductive powder is a composite material,with a cheap and light material as fundus wrapped by one or more layers of conductive material which is characteristic of chemical stable, corrosion resistant and good conductive property. Its peculiarities are as follows:

Low specific gravity |
Mass percentage decreases in unit volume, so does sedimentation tendency of packing in organic medium. Packing disperses more easily in organic medium. |

Good and permanent electrical conductivity |
Flake structure and big specific area are benefit for dispersing and contacting each other in resin. Volume resistivity can reach 20 , at the same time, the property of semiconductor oxide makes its conductivity permanent. |

Nice chemical stability |
In long-term immersion experiment with respect to coating made from this material, the coating doesn't change in many conditions that include sulfuric acid (5% mass concentration ) , caustic lye of soda (5% mass concentration ) , oil ( diesel oil, gasoline and kerosene ) , xylene dissolvent, boiling water, brine, salt mist and so on, which shows that this coating is corrosion resistant well.

Conductive powder can be consider as a special paint or packing and be made into satisfactory anti-static or conductive paint without changing preparation craft but only through dispersing uniformly in base material, and the volume conductivity of this paint ranges from 0.01M to 1000M. Besides various plastics, applicable resins also include a series of paints, for example, epoxy, polyurethane, acroleic acid, chlorinated rubber, latex paint and so on. |

Direction for application
1.Conduction mechanism
Conductive powder is added in insulated resin uniformly and contact or approach each other to form reticular structure, which makes coating become electron channel. The relationship is showed in picture between resistivity of additive conductive coating and addition of conductive mica powder. Resistivity of coating changes slightly with addition of conductive powder, when volume fraction of conductive mica powder is VVt.
2. Conductive powder of Benchang brand can disperse easily in resin, and approaches to improve dispersion are as follows:
a.Raise stirring speed.
b.Add dispersants to improve affinity between conductive powder and organic polymer. When it is used with other traditional colorant simultaneously, conductive powder should be added in with stirring after the latter disperses uniformly and is grinded.
c.We suggest using two or three rollers to grind, and the mesh size of roller must be 20¦Ìm more than average grain size. Don't use ball grinder and bead mill.
